摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the impact of two methods on patient's safety: local injection of lidocaine selectively blocking vagal reflex and no injection of lidocaine to block vagal reflex in Hepatic ligament during Small incision cholecystectomy (MC). Methods During small incision cholecystectomy, local injection of lidocaine blocking vagal reflex(the first group)and non-blocking vagal reflex( the second group) in hepatic ligament, monitor the rhythm, heart rate, respiration, changes in blood pressure of two cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results Compared with the second group, the first group is significant differ-ence(P<0. 01), the safety of the first group of patients is significantly improved. Conclusion Local injection of lidocaine in hepatic ligament during small incision cholecystectomy could block vagal reflex, maintain heart rate, respira-tion and the stability of blood pressure, can obviously improve the efficacy of Small incision cholecystectomy.关键词
