摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of specific immunotherapy for allergic asthmna. Meth-ods Totally 41 patients with allergic asthma were treated with subcutaneous immunotherapy( SCIT) . Then we recorded the adverse reactions. Results Local adverse reactions were observed with 14. 64% of patients. The occurrence rate of systemic adverse reac-tions was 24. 39% of patients. The systemic adverse reactions occurred mostly in maintenance treatment period. Good results could be attained in pulmonary function. Conclusion SCIT is safe for children with allergic asthma. For allercig asthma patients,SCIT have good effect and can remarkably improve the pulmonary function of asthma patients.关键词
