摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the risk factors of pressure Ulcer based on the logistic regression model. Methods We collected the data of 1,973 hospitalized cases in the Department of Neurology,and analyzed the risk factors of pressure ulcer by logistic regression model in a case control study. Results We found the bed time,consciousness,activity,position change,skin feel and skin condition were related with pressure ulcer significantly based on the univariate analysis(P<0. 01). In addition,the multi-variable logistic regression analysis showed activity(OR=2. 87)and position change(OR=2. 45)were the high riskfactors associ-ated with pressure ulcer(P<0. 01). Conclusion we could screen out the high risk factors of pressure ulcer effectively,based on the analysis of logistic regression model.关键词
