复方丹参治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症所致新生儿脑损伤的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Braininjury Induced by Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy with Compound Danshen in Newborn
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe observation of brain injury induced by intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy( ICP) with compound danshen intravenous in newborn. Methods 91 newborns were divided into two groups randmly. Both groups received the conventional treatments. Additionaly,the observation group(48 infants) were assistedly treated with compound danshen intrave-nous drip,14 days as a course. Results After treatment Serum CK-BB and NSE levels were significantly lower in observation group (P<0. 05). The NBNA score was markedly higher in the observation group than in the control group,showing a significant difference between two groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion Compound danshen has notable curative effect in the the treament of brain injury induced by ICP in newborn and is safe and effective.关键词
