Abstract
Objective To explore the choice of surgical types of individualized myringoplasty according to different situa-tions of the tympanic membrane perforation and external auditory canal. Methods 104 cases of tympanic membrane perforation were chosen a variety of surgical methods,fat repair in 1 case,underlay technique( via the ear canal) in 4 cases,underlay tech-nique of over the whole in 16 cases,underlay and overlay technique in 16 cases,inlay technique in 46 cases,overlay technique in 11 cases,James sheehy overlay technique in 5 cases. Judge the curative effect in 6-12 months after surgery. Results After 6-12 months,PTA increased an average of (15 ± 3. 5) dB HL than the preoperative level. Primary healing 95. 2%(99 cases),and the time of epithelization was 3-6 weeks. Tympanic membrane invagination 6. 7%(7 cases);Obtuse healing 4. 8%(4 cases),Calcifi-cation,thinness 9. 6% (10 cases). Conclusion Myringoplasty should be based on the size and the location of the tympanic mem-brane perforation,and width and curvatureapp,curvature of the external auditory canal,combined with the experience of the sur-geon,to achieve the greatest degree of individualized treatment.关键词
