Abstract
Objective In order to compare clinical effects and safety of laparoscope and open operation for treatment of early local prostate cancer. Methods 77 cases of patients with early local prostate cancer were selected in this study,they were distributed into the observation group 40 cases and control group 37 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,and the patients in the control group were treated with radical retropubic prostatectomy,thera-peutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Operation time of the two groups was similar,the difference had no statis-tical significance( P>0. 05 ) , intraoperatve blood soss of the patients in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0. 05). Drainage tube removal time and indwelling catheter time of the patients in the observation group were similar to that in the control group,the differences had no statistical significance(P>0. 05). Gastro-intestinal function recovery time,postoperative activity time and postoperative hospitalization duration of the patients in the observa-tion group were superior to that in the control group. The differences had statistical significance ( P<0. 05 ) . Occurrence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 30%,while occurrence rate of postoperative complications in the control group was 50%,The difference had statistical significance(P<0. 05). In the observation group,biochemical recurrence rate of the patients within 1 year or two years after operation was similar to that in the control group,the difference had no statistical signifi-cance(P>0. 05). Conclusion Advantages of laparoscopic surgery for treatment of prostate cancer include low trauma,fast recov-ery,few complications,in addition,curative effects of laparoscopic surgery for tumor control were similar to that of open opera-tions.关键词
