摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the follow-up in patients with sleep apnea syndrome. Methods To ran-domly select 113 patients who were diagnosed as OSAHS and suitable for ventilator therapy during from 2011. 1 to 2013. 1,who were counterchecked after 1 year. The patients were divided into two groups randomly,56 of whom without follow-up formed control group and 57 of whom with follow-up( by telephone) formed experimental group. To compare the AHI index and the Epworth sleep-iness score between the two groups. Results The AHI index and the Epworth sleepiness score between the experimental group and control group both had the statistically differences ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion The compliance and the effect of the patients with OSAHS accepting ventilator therapy who were accepted the follow-up were improved.关键词
