Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of plasma exchange with plasma perfusion in treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B. Methods 50 cases of severe hepatitis B patients in the Department of internal medicine on the comprehensive treat-ment of plasma exchange with plasma perfusion in the treatment of 3 weeks,the changes of clinical symptoms and liver function, blood coagulation of patients were observed before and after treatment,follow-up 2 months survival rate to judge the curative effect, and another 30 patients with similar patients as control. Results The clinical symptoms of the patients in the treatment group were treated with different degrees of ease, liver function improved significantly, shortened the clotting time, prothrombin activity in-creased,compared with that before treatment,there was statistically significant difference (P<0. 05),2 month survival rate was 30% higher than the control group (P<0. 05),can significantly reduce early mortality of patients. Conclusion Plasma exchange with plasma perfusion is a clinical effective method in the treatment of severe hepatitis.关键词
