摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safty of superselective microcoil embolization for refractory renal hemorrhage after percutaneous renal puncture. Methods 15 cases of refractory renal hemorrhage after percutaneous renal punc-ture were retrospectively analyzed. We used the skill of Seldinger to cannulate right femoral artery and performed renal angiography to ensure the bleeding part. Microcoils were were used to embolize the rupture artery through microtubule. Results 15 cases were hemostasised successfully,and renal function was progression-free after the embolization without severe complications. Conclu-sion Superselective microcoil embolization for refractory renal hemorrhage after percutaneous renal puncture is a kind of method which is minimally invasive, eutherapeutic and minimum of renal function. It should be the fi rst choice for renal hemorrhage after percutaneous renal puncture.关键词
