摘要
Abstract
Objective To exploring the clinical effect of zoledronic acid( ZOL) treating type 2 diabetic patients with oste-oporosis. Methods Radomly choosing 55 type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis in endocrinology department in mianyang cen-tral hospital who were treated by zoledronic acid. To compare the changes of BMD( lumbar spine,femoral neck,femoral greater tro-chanter,faherenheit triangle)、blood Ca、blood P、BGP、B-ALP,Checking the bone syndrome. Results BMD of lumbar spine,fem-oral neck,femoral greater trochanter,faherenheit triangle increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05),the level of BGP increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05),the level of BGP discreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05),the levels of blood Ca and blood P had no change,the difference wasn’t statistically significant(P>0. 05), The bone syndrome changed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Zoledronic acid treating type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis has good effect which is worth promoting.关键词
