腹腔镜和开腹阑尾切除术与体重指数关系的临床对比研究
Comparative Study of Laparoscopic Appendectomy and Open Appendectomy with Body Mass Index
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between laparoscopic appendectomy ( LA) or open appendectomy ( OA) and Body Mass Index ( BMI) . Methods 252 patients with acute appendicitis surgery in our hospital were divided into 4 groups according to BMI;and the clinical situations were evaluated and analyzed after LA or OA. Results No significant difference in clinical situation was found between LA and OA in patients with BMI of <24kg/m 2 . For patients with BMI≥24kg/m 2 , imple-mentation of LA had a clear advantage over OA. Conclusion The implementation of LA is preferred for obese patients with ap-pendicitis, because of small incision, low wound infection rate, fewer complications and quick recovery.关键词
