成人注意缺陷多动障碍合并海洛因依赖患者的三维人格特点研究
AStudy on Tridimensional Personality Characteristics of Adult Attention-deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the tridimensional personality characteristics of Adult attention-deficit hyperactivity dis-order( ADHD) combined heroin abusers. Methods Personality characteristics of 60 cases adults ADHD combined heroin abuse-rs,60cases heroin abusers and 60 cases normal control were investigated using the Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire (TPQ). Results The differences were statistically significant In the novelty seeking NS,NS1,NS2,NS3 and NS4,ADHD com-bined group and heroin abusers group compared with normal controls(P<0. 05),the harm avoidance HA,HA3,HA4,RD2 and RD4 were differently in ADHD combined group compared with other two groups(P<0. 05). Compared with heroin abusers group controlled effects of heroin,ADHD combined group were significantly differences in the novelty seeking NS,NS1,NS2,NS3 and NS4(P<0. 05). Conclusion There were high NS in Adult ADHD,and the high NS were specific personality features of Adult ADHD.关键词
