县级综合医院在医院等级评审前后医疗质量分析
Analysis on Medical Quality of County General Hospitals before and after Hospital Grade Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
Objective By comparing the medical quality change situation of 11 county general hospitals before and after the hospital grade evaluation, to understand the impact of grade evaluation to enhance the capacity of county general hospitals and explore the application of hospital grade evaluation. Methods Eleven county general hospitals were selected by random sampling method, and compared by descriptive analysis and integrated evaluation. Results The hospitals’ resources and service volume showed an upward trend, and the integrated evaluation index score of medical quality showed an increment state. Conclusion Hospital grade evaluation has the promotion function on the improvement of quality of medical service of county general hospitals.关键词
