负压封闭引流治疗慢性骨髓炎的临床应用
Therapeutic Effect of Continuous Vaccum Sealing Drainage for Chronic Oosteomyeliti
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of continuous vaccum sealing drainage ( VSD) for chronic osteomy-eliti. Methods From July 2011 to November 2013,seventy-five patients of chronic osteomyeliti of the author’s hospital were ran-domly divided into two groups of the control group(39 cases) and the treatment group(36 cases). The treament group was treated with VSD,combined with systemic antibiotics and early rehabilitative treatment. The contral group was treated with antibiotic bone cement renju. The evaluation index were compared,such as length of stay,average operation time,dressing change frequency,the number of operations,healing time,recurrence rate,et al. Results The healing time,length of stay,dressing change frequency,the number of operations of the treatment group were significantly less than the control group. The differrence was statistically signifi-cant(P<0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis,VSD has advantages of promoting wound growth,reducing the number of operations and the time of rehabilitation,and it can be recommended in clinics.关键词
