针刺肩髃穴配合运动治疗跟痛症临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture at jianyu point combined with movement in the treatment of calcaneus pain. Methods 120 cases of patients with calcaneus pain were randomly divided into 2 groups ( 60 cases in each group);Patients of control group were treated with block therapy. Patients of observation group were treated with acupuncture at jianyu point combined with movement. Record the Maryland score before and after treatment time and effectiveness and treatment time, then analyzed by SPSS19. 0. Results The clinical cure rate was 36. 67% in the observation group and success rate was 55. 00%;the clinical cure rate is 20. 00% in the control group and success rate was 22. 00%; the observation group course of treatment were (4. 07 ±2. 20)days, the control group course of treatment were( 24. 27 ±9. 14)days; the data of two groups had significant difference with the clinical cure rate, and success rate and course of treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusion Acupuncture at jianyu point combined with movement can quickly improve symptoms, shorten the course of treatment of the patient with calca-neus pain, and has effective in treatment and is worthy of popularizing.关键词
