原发性高血压患者血脂水平与血压变异性的相关研究
Relationship between Blood Lipid Level and Pressure Variability in Patients with Primary Hypertension.

Abstract
Objective To observe the characteristics of blood pressure variability( BPV) in patients with primary hyper-tension,and to investigate the influence of the serum lipid levels on BPV. Methods Consecutive data from 214 primary hyperten-sion patients were retrospectively collected during Jan 2013 and Dec 2013. All patients were allocated to normal lipid group and dyslipidemia group according to their serum lipid levels. 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was recorded and serum lipid levels were measured. Blood pressure variabilities of the two groups were compared. Results Of the 214 primary hyperten-sion patients,112 ( 52. 3%) cases were combined with serum lipid abnormality. There were significantly higher 24-hour systolic (SBP)standard deviation[(14. 4 ±2. 9) vs. (11. 8 ±2. 5)],24 hour diastolic blood pressure(DBP)standard deviation[(10. 9 ± 2. )3 vs. ( 9. 6 ± 2. 2)],and day middle SBP[(136. 1 ± 10. 5) vs (131. 2 ± 13. 6)]in the dyslipidemia group as compared to the normolipidaemic group ( P <0. 05 ) . There were no significant differences in day middle DBP and night middle DBP between groups. (P>0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that 24h-SBPSD has positive correlation with triglyceride;24h-DBPSD has significant positive correlation with triglyceride ( P <0. 01 ) and with Total cholesterol、low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( P <0. 05). The daytime systolic blood pressure has positive correlation with triglyceride. Conclusion Blood pressure variability was correlated with serum lipid levels in patients with primary hypertension,suggesting that improvement of lipid level may lead to fa-vorable changes in blood pressure and BPV.关键词
