Abstract
Objective The study aimed to detect the degree of CXCL13 in cerebrospinal fluid ( CSF) and in serum,and to explore its clinic significance. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) was used to detect concentration of CX-CL13 in CSF and serum of 60 patients with epilepsy and 22 patients with psychoneurosis. Results Concentration of CXCL13 in CSF and serum of patients with epilepsy were higher than the control. Further, CXCL13 in CSF and serum of patients with drug-resistant epilepsy were higher than those who were newly diagnosed. Differences were statistically significant ( P ＜0. 05 ) . Conclusion CXCL13 may have a potential to become a biomarker for epilepsy and drug-resistant epilepsy.关键词
