摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of patients with coronary heart disease before and the morning tak-ing aspirin. Methods From 2013 June to 2014 June,87 cases with stable coronary heart disease treated in our hospital,which were randomly divided into morning group(42 cases)and evening group(45 cases),patients in the morning group to give 100mg Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets oral at 08:00,and the evening group at 20:00. Comparison of the clinical curative effect,the rate of platelet aggregation,serum CRP levels and the incidence of adverse reactions after 8 weeks of treatment between two groups. Re-sults In the morning group,the total effective rate was 90. 48%,the evening group was 84. 44%,there was no significant differ-ence between the two groups(P>0. 05). After treatment,platelet aggregation rate and serum CRP levels of two groups were signifi-cantly lower than those before treatment(P<0. 05),t the CRP levels in the two groups had no significant the difference after treat-men(P>0. 05),while the morning group’s platelet aggregation rate was significantly lower than that in evening group(P<0. 05). Adverse reaction rate was 9. 52% of the morning group during treatment,the evening group was 28. 89%,the difference was statis-tically significant ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion Patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease take aspirin in morning could strengthen their anti platelet aggregation effect,and helps to reduce the adverse reaction of digestive tract.关键词
