三维适形放疗联合奈达铂增敏治疗中晚期食管癌的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective to investigate the recent clinical efficacy and safety of three dimensional conformal radiation thera-py combined with Nedaplatin in the sensitization treatment of patients with intermediate and advanced stage esophageal cancer. Method choice 68 cases standard patientsf,randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 34 cases,the control group treated with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy,the observation group treated with three-dimensional con-formal radiotherapy combined with platinum sensitization,compare their recent clinical curative effect and adverse reaction. Re-sults the complete remission rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,which suggested significant difference(P<0. 05). The incidence and degree of their digestive tract reaction,leucocyte and platelets de-cline were similar without statistically significant difference(P>0. 05). Conclusion Nedaplatin sensitization can improve the re-cent clinical curative effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with intermediate and advanced stage esophageal cancer,which is a safe treatment without adverse reaction increase.关键词
