静脉滴注抗生素联合外用双黄液治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the curative effects of antibiotics intravenous drip combined with Shuanghuang liquid external use for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer( DFU) . Methods The clinical data of 120 patients in our hospital with diabet-ic foot ulcers were retrospectively analyzed,which all adopted comprehensive treatment measures,intravenous drip of antibiotics, and Eroded debridement to treat ulcers. After that,the control group (60 cases) used article rivanol gauze to cover wound treat-ment;And the observation group (60 cases) were given Shuanghuang liquid yarn to cover the wound;14 days were as a period of intravenous therapy treatment,and there were five days interval between two period of treatment;After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical effects of two groups were compared and observed. Result After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of heal-ing ulcer surface in observation group was 83. 3%,significantly higher than that in the control group 61. 7%(P<0. 05);The ulcer area,exudation,the infiltration of the wound and granulation growth curative effect index were significantly higher than the control group(P<0. 05);After treatment ulcer surface percutaneous oxygen partial pressure and pH differences of the two groups were all statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of comprehensive treatment,using antibiotics intravenous drip com-bined with Shuanghuang liquid external use to treat diabetic foot ulcer ( DFU) has distinct curative effects,which was beneficial to promote the ulcer healing,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
