摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the type-2 diabetes mellitus with acute cerebral infarction patients′blood homocys-teine (Hcy), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), cystatin C (Cys-C) levels of change and the relationships. Methods Choose 42 hospitalized patients from October 2013 to October 2014 with type-2 diabetes mellitus of acute cerebral infarction ( group A) , ran-domly selected non-diabetic patients with acute cerebral infarction in the corresponding period of hospitalization of 45 cases ( group B) ,and 40 cases healthy subjects ( group C) . BECKMAN AU 680 measured by automatic biochemical analyzer Hcy, Cys-C, with HLC-XG Automatic measured glycated hemoglobin HbA1c and compared the occurrence of two different types of cerebral infarction of A and B groups. Results The combined results of the blood of patients with type-2 diabetes infarction group’s Hcy, Cys-C, HbA1c levels were higher than non-diabetic patients with cerebral infarction (P<0. 05), A group’s Hcy and HbA1c, Cys-C was a significant positive correlation (r=0. 37, 0. 31, P<0. 05); A group of large infarcts, multiple infarction, recurrent MI was higher than group B (P<0. 05). Conclusion Combined the detection of blood Hcy, Cys-C, HbA1c level is helpful in interve-ning type-2 diabetes mellitus patients who have acute cerebral infarction. Meanwhile it has positive significance for prediction, treatment and improving the prognosis.关键词
