PDCA循环对预防鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎的探讨OACSTPCD
Effects of PDCA Circulation on Prevention of Oral Mucositis Caused by Radiotherapy in Patients with Nasopharynx Cancer
目的：探讨PDCA循环法对预防鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎的作用。方法将2011至2014年间在院接受三维适形或调强放射治疗的274例鼻咽癌患者,随机分为常规适形调强放射治疗组(对照组)和PDCA循环适形调强放射治疗组(干预组),比较两组放射性口腔黏膜炎的发生率及损害程度。结果干预组发生口腔黏膜炎的例数明显低于对照组,口腔黏膜炎的严重程度也较对照组轻,两组差异有统计学意义(=4．16,P<0．05)。结论 PDCA循环法能减轻鼻咽癌放射治疗患者放…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the effect of plan-do-check action( PDCA) circulation on preventing oral mucositis caused by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharynx cancer.
