PDCA循环对预防鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎的探讨
Effects of PDCA Circulation on Prevention of Oral Mucositis Caused by Radiotherapy in Patients with Nasopharynx Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of plan-do-check action( PDCA) circulation on preventing oral mucositis caused by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharynx cancer. Methods Two hundred and seventy-four nasophatyngeal carcinoma patients were randomly divided into control group and test group. Patients in control group received intensity modulated radiation therapy, and patients in test group received combined PDCA-intensity modulated radiation therapy. Compare the difference of oral mucositis’ incidence and damaged degree between the two groups. Result The incidence and damage degree of oral mucositis was slighter in test group than that in control group, which had a statistical significance( =4. 158, P<0. 05). Conclusion PDCA circulation can effectively attenuate the incidence and damage degree of oral mucositis induced by radiotherapy, improving the quality of life.关键词
