摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical effects intramedullary nail fixation combined nail and intramedullary nail fixation combined trapped for tibia fracture.Methods:The 769cases in July 2007~December 2010 were treated and were given randomized intramedullary nail fixation combined nail group (36 cases) and intramedullary nail fixation combined trapped group (40 patients) internal fixation surger-y,compared two groups of patients with fracture healing time , knee activity.Results:The fracture healing time difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05), the knee activity was also significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The intramedullary nail fixa-tion combined nail was an important method for tibial shaft fractures , it could shorten fracture healing time and minimize the damage per-spective, improve the fuction of wounded knee .关键词
