臭氧射频联合胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理
Nursing care of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with ozone radiofrequency combined with collagenase

Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing method of ozone radiofrequency ( RF) combined with collagenase for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation .Methods:92 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with ozone RF combined with collagenase guided by CT.During the process, the patients were given psychological nursing , surgical nursing, health education, function exercise and discharge guidance .The follow-up of patients with minimally invasive operation lasted from 3 to 24 months after operation .The VAS score was used to evaluate the intensity of pain .Results:81.5%patients got pain relief by more than 69%, had no motor dysfunction and resumed to normal work .All cases did not present any cases of severe complications .Conclusion:Nursing care could play an important role in the whole course of treatment .关键词
