Abstract
Objective:to repair periodontal treatment on oral operation are analyzed and discussed the clinical .Methods:a retrospec-tive analysis of fixed prosthesis on gingival and alveolar repair operation and to improve the gingival margin discordant patients .Randomly choose 98 cases of patients , and using the comparative and analysis method .Results:in the observation group , 49 cases of patients with anterior fixed , alveolar ridge in finishing periodontal plasty , and good treatment effect .In the 1 years follow-up observation of profession-al personnel , 3 cases of dental caries as shrinkage after shrinking , to do the gingival porcelain repair and plastic , the other 46 cases had good recovery , the follow-up period were not found adverse phenomenon .In the control group of 49 cases in 41 cases of good effect , after 1 years of follow-up, found after gingival recession atrophy in 5 cases, to do the gingival porcelain repair surgery , postoperative recovery effect in the two groups, the observation group effect is good than that in the control group (χ2=3.97, P <0.05).Conclusion:the gin-gival forming by using high -frequency electric knife , the utility model has the advantages of gingival margin morphology is clear , IE blood quickly , small trauma , accurate cutting , the pain of patients with lighter .Oral restoration on periodontal plasty dressing gums , as to achieve the perfect effect .关键词
