Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of sepsis after burn treated by Ulinastain with Xuebijing injection .Method:54 pa-tients in our hospital with sepsis after burn were chosen and divided into two groups randomly from January 2012 to August 2013 .27 pa-tients as the control group were treated only by Xuebijing injection .27 patients as the observation group were treated by Ulinastatin with Xuebijing injection .The clinical effects for both groups were observed .Result:Before the treatment , the differences in plasma DNA con-centration and SOD activities were not statistically significant between two groups ( P>0 .05 ) .After the treatment , the result of plasma DNA concentration , SOD activities and the duration of sepsis of observation group were better than the control group 's.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sepsis after burn treated by Ulinastatin with Xuebijing injection had remarkable clin-ical effect.It would ameliorate clinical symptoms .It is worth promoting .关键词
