Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of peripheral nerve injury .Methods:124 cases with peripheral nerve injury (146), were divided into the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group of 74 cases (86) and the control group (50 cases (60), two groups were treated with surgical clinical operation treatment and nerve cell activator , vasodilator, acupuncture , physi-cal therapy , high pressure oxygen in the group therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy , 1 times a day , 12 times for 1 course of treatment , according to the neural function ( BMRC) evaluation standard , evaluation of two groups of patients with nerve function recovery .Results:Two groups of patients were followed up for 6~24 months, the hyperbaric oxygen group , the excellent and good rate was 86.04%, control group, the excellent and good rate was 53.33%, there was significant difference between 2 groups (P <0.05).Conclusions:Hyperbaric oxygenation combined with surgical therapy can improve the recovery of nerve function , reduce the rate of disability , improve the quality of life, effective method for the treatment of early rehabilitation is a kind of nerve injury .关键词
