帕利哌酮联合碳酸锂治疗对双相障碍稳定期患者认知功能的影响
The Effects of Paliperidone Combined Lithium Carbonate on Cognitive Function of Patients with Bipolar Disorder at Stationary Phase

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Paliperidone combined Lithium carbonate on cognitive function of patients with bipo -lar disorder at stationary phase .Methods:A total of 60 bipolar I disorder patients in stable state were recruited and randomly assigned to 2 groups according to the treatment of drugs:30 patients with lithium carbonate ,30 patients with Paliperidone combined Lithium carbonate . patients were assessed separately with Wechsler Menory Scale 2 revised China (WMS-RC),Memory span subtests (MS) of Multiple Memory assessment Scale , Wisconsin Card Sorting Test ( WCST) to evaluate cognitive function , then the differences between groups were compared.Results:There were significant differences in number of total WCST tests (t=3.83, P=0.000),number of persisting errors(t=2.19, P=0.039),number of random errors(t=3.68, P=0.000) , total points of WMS-RC(t=2.27, P=0.020),MQ(t=4. 10, P=0.000),digital span(t=2.11,P=0.031) between the groups.Conclusion:The combination therapy of Paliperidone and Lithium carbonate has better effects on cognitive function of these patients with bipolar disorder .关键词
