Abstract
Objective:To analysis the antibacterial use of a hospital in order to provide a reliable basis for the rational use of antimicro -bial drugs in the department of respiratory medicine .Methods:Retrospective survey method was used , 180 cases of respiratory department from July to December in 2012 were statistically analysed .Results:The usage rate of antibiotics was 98.3%in the department of respirato-ry medicine, involving 32 kinds of antibiotics, and combined usage of antibiotics was noted in 70.6%.Etiology detection rate was 89.3%and Positive rate was 16.4%.Cefoperazone /sulbactam sodium,levofloxacin and Piperacillin /tazobactam ranked among the top 3 in DDDs.Conclusion:The use of antibiotics in the department of Respiratory Medicine is basically rationally , But there were still some prob-lems such as using antibiotics of the higher starting point , Excessive drug combination and Low positive rate of bacterial culturing .All these should be further standardized .关键词
