全自动免疫组织化学染色技术的应用OA
Application of Automatic Immuno-histochemical Staining Method in Primary Hospitals
目的：探讨全自动免疫组织化学染色技术在基层医院的应用。方法：随机选取常见肿瘤50例，经包埋、切片后分为2组，分别采用全自动免疫组化机与手工操作2种免疫组化染色方法，显微镜下观察染色结果。结果：免疫组化机染色的组织定位准确，染色强度强，背景清晰，未见切片边缘着色现象。而手工染色虽然组织定位准确，但染色强度强弱不一，背景不清晰，存在非特异性染色，切片边缘着色现象较多，两者比较有显著性差异，均P＜0．05。结论：全自动免疫组织化学染色技术比手工操作染色…查看全部>>
