摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the Application of automatic immuno -histochemical staining method in primary hospitals .Methods:Random 50 cases of common tumor were studied to research the staining results of automatic immuno -histochemical staining method and manual immunohistochemistic method after embedding slices under the microscope .Results:The tissues of automatic immuno -histochemi-cal staining method has the accurate positioning , staining intensity is strong , the background is clear , did not see section edge colouring phenomenon .But the tissues of manual immunohistochemical staining method also has the accurate positioning , but the background is not clear, there are nonspecific staining , sliced edge colouring phenomenon more .Both are compared, the significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:The dyeing effect of automatic immuno -histochemical staining method is better than that of manual immunohistochemical staining method , easier to achieve standardization of dyeing .关键词
