Abstract
Objective:To compare the different stuffing in functional clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery .Methods:120 patients according to admission order were randomly divided into vaseline group , the expansion of hemostatic sponge group and treasure +vaseline group, each group with the corresponding stuffing .Record three groups degree of postoperative pain and bleeding , and evaluate the clini-cal use of the different filling effect .Results:The VAS score Mabel +vaseline group was 3.5 +/-1.2 points, less than vaseline com-bination expansion hemostatic sponge group (p <0.05).Mabel +vaseline group of mild pain in 32 cases, 5 cases were moderate pain, severe pain 0 cases, and vaseline group, expansion hemostatic sponge was statistically difference in the pain (X2 =27.375, p <0. 001).Mabel +vaseline group mild bleeding, moderate ooze blood and severe bleeding eight , 31, and 1 case respectively, compared with other groups was statistically difference in the ooze blood (X2 =32.628, p <0.001).Conclusion:compared with the expansion of hemostatic sponge and vaseline tamponade , Mabel +petroleum jelly filling can effectively reduce postoperative pain , less bleeding , is under the existing technical level to promote the use of a kind of filling material .关键词
