摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the expression of CDK 2 and VEGF in laryngeal carcinoma .Methods:To use the immunohistochemi-cal SABC method for analyzing the expression of CDK 2 and VEGF,53 cases of laryngeal squamous carcinoma were treatment group ,38 ca-ses of vocal polyps were control group .Results:The positive expression rate of CDK 2 and VEGF in treatment group were 79%and 87%, the positive expression rate of CDK 2 and VEGF in control group were 24%and 11%.The difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) .Conclusion:The expression of CDK 2 and VEGF could be used as an good index for estimant the development and prognosis of laryn -geal carcinoma .It should be important for prognosis and early prediction of laryngeal carcinoma .关键词
