摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect about the dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery flap graft to repair the skin defect of the finger.Methods:The wound of 10 cases of finger skin defect , application of the dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery free flap , flap size 1. 6cmx2.5cm-3.0cmx4.5cm.Results 10 flaps survived well , including 1 cases of vasospasm after flap operation , vasospasm was released , and the skin flap survival ,10 cases were followed up from 1 month to 1 year, including 10 cases of flap satisfied appearance , texture and col-our, and two-point discrimination was 6 ~9mm, with good function.Conclusion:he dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery flap to repair the skin defect of the finger could obtain good clinical curative effect , might be an ideal flap to repair the skin defect of the finger .关键词
