摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy clinical curative effect in the treatment of ureteral calculi and perioperative care experience .Methods:In June 2011 to October 2013 treated 87 cases of ureteral calculi patients , treated with uret-eroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy via ,while giving effective nursing clinical data were retrospectively analyzed .Results:Holmium laser lithotripsy treatment and perioperative care , this group of 87 patients with ureteral, one-time success rate of gravel was 97.7%(85/87), surgery for an average of (52.6 ±10.3)minutes, the average length of hospital stay for (3.5 ±1.6)days, postoperative follow -up of 4 to 12 weeks,52 patients with different degree of hydronephrosis ,the use of ultrasound showed a significant reduction of hydronephrosis or dis -appear, review of the review of the KUB +IVU, without ureteral stricture and residual calculi .Conclusion:Use of ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi curative effect might be distinct , high safety ,combined with perioperative nursing can obvi-ously reduce the occurrence of postoperative complication .关键词
