摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of insulin and metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:64 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group , each group of 32 people.The control group was treated with insulin therapy , the observation group was treated with insulin combined with metformin in the treatment , 12 weeks as a course of treatment , a retrospective analysis of the two groups before and after treatment the amount of insulin and blood sugar control . Results:FBG in the two groups after treatment , 2hPG, HbAlc compared with those before treatment were lower , but the observation group compared with the control group , blood glucose lowering effect more obvious , and the dosage of insulin decreased compared with the con-trol group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the exclusion of contraindications, insulin and met-formin in treatment of type 2 diabetes , clinical efficacy , should be worthy of clinical application .关键词
