Abstract
Objective:To discuss and evaluate the effects of cerebral palsy treated by kinesitherapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:226 children with cerebral palsy in our hospital were chosen and divided by the therapies .There were 83 children in kinesitherapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion group , 65 children in acupuncture and moxibustion group , 78 children in ki-nesitherapy group .60 children with cerebral palsy treated by normal therapy were chosen as control group .The activity of daily living and rehabilitation efficacy of children were evaluated .Results:The total effective rate of kinesitherapy combined with acupuncture and moxibus -tion group were 91.57%.The total effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion group , kinesitherapy group and control group were 55. 41%、66.15%and 38.33%respectively.The differences between kinesitherapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion group with other groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The activity of daily living in kinesitherapy combined with acupuncture and moxibus -tion group was higher than other three groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of kinesitherapy combined with acupuncture and moxi-bustion could get good effects and it could improve the activity of daily living .关键词
