摘要
Abstract
Objective:to observe the healing efficacy and safeness of using the method of "acitretin unite NB-UVB'to therapy psoria-sis.Methods:parting 60 psoriasis vulgaris patients into two groups and receiving the shine from NB -UVB three times a week .At the same time, the treatment group take oral treatment of acitretin two times a day with the dose of 10 mg .Then we decide the healing efficacy of the two groups after they receiving the therapy of 8 weeks.Results:the effective rate of treatment group is 90%, however, the control group 63.34%.The discrepancy has statistical significance .Conclusion:the method of “acitretin unite NB-UVB”to therapy psoriasis has good clinical efficacy with little untoward effect and deserve popularizing .关键词
