摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the nursing effect analysis of pinch pressure of Shang Yang hole and abdominal massage on constipation patients in department of orthopedics .Methods:Select the 2012 .06 to 2013 .06 in our hospital during 110 cases of constipation in depart-ment of orthopedics patients , randomly divided into two groups .control group use hot compress combined with abdominal massage in nurs -ing, the observation group in the control group based on the pinch pressure , Shang Yang hole combined with abdominal massage care , af-ter a period of comparative analysis of two groups of patients with constipation effect amount .Results:in the observation group , nursing the total efficiency is 92.72%, the effective rates in the control group of nursing is 70.91%, efficiency had significant differences in two nursing group, there was statistical significance in P <0.05.Conclusion:pinch pressure of Shang Yang points combined with abdominal massage can improve constipation of department of orthopedics patients , effectively promoting defecation .关键词
