Abstract
To discuss the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation ( PFNA) in the treatment of intertrochanteric fem-oral fracture of the old man .Methods:Forty-nine cases of intertrochanteric femord fracture were treated by proximal femoral nail antirota-tion.Results:Forty-nine cases were followed up for three month to twenty -four month,two cases had dead,one had cut,two of deformity of hip,complete bony healing was found in all patients .Conclusion:Using PFNA in the treatment of interrtrochanteric femoral fracture might be the useful device.It should have the advantage of simpler manipulation, rigid fixation, less blood,stress disperse and anti-rotation.关键词
