口内切口行下颌角肥大整形术的临床分析

摘要
Abstract
To study the practicality and aesthetic significance of the intraoral incision in mandible Angle of osseous and masseter hypertrophy anaplasty .Methods:Patients with prominent mandibular angel treatde by the operation mandibular angle resection , plastic masseter hypertrophy and buccal fat pad to remove corrective surgery through intraoral incision .Results:Since 2004 , 48 cases were done, one patient with intraoperative bleeding and wound infection , respectively, followed up for 1 year, patients with facial contour obvi-ously improved .Conclusion:Prominen mandibular angel plasty throgh the combination of intraoral and extraoral incision should have the advantage of slight scar and good effect .关键词
