右佐匹克隆片治疗癌症伴发失眠的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
To explore the efficacy and safety of dexzopiclon in the treatment of cancer comorbid insomnia .Methods:Select 70 cases of of cancer comorbid insomnia of our hospital patient and outpatient, were randomly divided into research group and the control group, the patient group given dexzopiclon tablets , the control group given alprazolam tablets .Efficacies were assessed with PSQI and ad-verse reactions with TESS at baseline and at zhe end of zhe 2nd.Results:PSQI scales to assess of treatment 2 weekend, the difference of two groups of daytime dysfunction (P <0.05) were statistically significant, other project scores (P >0.05),were no significant statisti-cal difference .Dexzopiclon tablet was no hangover effect , less adverse reaction .Conclusion:Dexzopiclon to treat cancer patients with in-somnia curative might show the exact curative effect , less adverse reaction , high safety.关键词
