摘要
Abstract
To compare the clinical effect and safety between mycophenolate mofetil ( MMF) and cyclophosphamide ( CTX) in the treatment of pure class V lupus nephritis .Methods:30 female patients diagnosed class ⅤLN, were randomly devided into Group MMF and Group CTX, respectively treated with MMF and CTX .Both groups were treated with standard dose prednisone .A comparative analysis of the clinical effects of two groups and compared with the occurring rate of adverse reactions .Results:MMF group's Syndromes assessment of the total efficiency than the CTX group,The difference was significant(P<0.01); And the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the CTX group .Conclusion:MMF was more effective than CTX as the inducing treatment in patientswith class ⅤLN and could have adverse effects.关键词
