丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死41例临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of DanHong Injection on acute ischemic stroke patients .Methods:82 cases of a-cute cerebral infraction were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group all 41 cases.The control group were only treated by conventional therapy ,and the treatment group were given DanHong Injection on routine treatment above .Before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared changes in ADL and CSS score before and after treatment in two groups of the total efficiency . Results :After 2 weeks of treatment , patients were significantly lower than the control group ADL and CSS score in treatment , the total ef-fective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group , the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclu-sion:Danhong injection could effectively improve the clinical symptoms in patients with acute cerebral infarction , improve efficiency .关键词
