Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of composite salvia miltiorrhiza combined with ulinastatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis . Methods:100 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group .Treatment group were treated with composite salvia miltiorrhiza combined with ulinastatin;control group were treated with routine ulinastatin .Clinical curative effect , labora-tory indexes and serum inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared .Results:Clinical curative effect of treatment group was obvi-ously higher than that of control group (P<0.05);hospitalization time and serum inflammatory factors of treatment group were lower than control group ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Composite salvia miltiorrhiza combined with ulinastatin significantly reduced serum inflammatory factors and improved the clinical curative effect in treatment of acute pancreatitis .关键词
