摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the immune purification combination immunosuppressant in refractory rheumatoid arthritis clinical ap -plication and effect .Methods:August 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital treatment of 50 cases in patients with refractory rheumatoid ar-thritis, randomly divided into two groups , control group (25 cases) of pure give immunosuppressive treatment , observation group (25 ca-ses) to implement the immune purification and immune inhibitors combined treatment , compared the clinical effect of the two groups .Re-sults:The treatment effectiveness of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group , and in the laboratory index level were significantly better than the control group , P <0.05, with statistical significance .Conclusion:The immune purification with immu-nosuppressant therapy refractory rheumatoid arthritis , could effectively improve the treatment effect , might be worth promoting .关键词
