摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the J tube drainage the clinical curative effect of treatment of hydronephrosis .Methods:plan in-to the group 56 cases, participants by ultrasound, preoperative ureteral retrograde catheterization examination is above moderate kid-ney seeper, participants were using cystoscope J tube, indwelling time of 2 weeks to eight weeks, 2, 12 weeks, the participants need to do the follow-up.Results:J tube drainage therapy clinical trials looking at the effects of the kidney seeper.Into the group of 56 cases of the subjects, after follow-up of 4 times, 56 subjects of hydronephrosis were significantly reduced or disappeared, con-dition improved.Conclusion:J tube drainage treatment of hydronephrosis, can effectively reduce the kidney seeper, improve clinical symptoms, alleviate illness, also can prevent postoperative ureteral stricture, postoperative infection rate is low, the clinical signifi-cance of worthy of clinical application.关键词
