摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy analysis of insulin pump on glucose control of diabetic patients .Methods:From Oct.2010 to Oct.2013 , 200 cases with diabetes in our hospital were chosen , who were randomly divided into two groups, the rational group(100 cases)were given injection treatment, while the treatment group(100 cases) were given in-sulin pump treatment , the treatment situation of two group were compared .Results:The morning fasting glucose blood , high blood sugar incidence rate , hypoglycemia incidence rate , patients satisfaction were better than rational patients , the differ-ences had statistical significance ( P<0 .05 ) .Two groups had no serious adverse reactions by insulin .Conclusion:The insu-lin pump controlling injection could control the blood glucose effectively , reduce the high blood sugar incidence rate , hypo-glycemia incidence rate , improve the patients satisfaction obviously , have high security and no adverse reactions , which could be an ideal injection method .关键词
