Abstract
Objective:To observation the curative effect of mecobalamin injection on DPN .Methods:120 cases of DPN were randomly divided into the control group (n=56)and the treatment group(n=64);the control group was given foundation treatment and nimodipine tablets and Vitb12,the treatment group plus mecobalamin injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group ,All cases in two group were on treatment for 30 days,then analyzed the data of Toronto DNP clinical integral and nerve conduction velocity .Results:There was significant to improve the nerve conduction velocity and clinical symptoms for the patients in treatment group (P <0.05).Conclusion:mecobalamin injection can significantly improve the nerve conduction velocity and clinical symptoms quickly and safely for the DPN .关键词
