超声内镜在65例消化道隆起性病变中的诊断价值

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of EUS in diagnosis of protuberant lesions in gastrointestinal tract .Methods:Protuberant lesions in gastrointestinal tract were detected by gastroscope and EUS and were confirmed by pathology and immunohistochemistry .Re-sults:Among these patients were 8 cases leiomyoma , were 27 cases stromal tumors , were 17 cases polyps , were 5 cases heterotopic pan-creas , were 2 cases lipoma, were 2 cases hemangioma, were 1 case cyst, were 1 case neuroendocrine tumors and were 2 cases inflamma-tion.30 cases underwent EMR surgery , 33 cases underwent ESD surgery , and 2 cases underwent the combination of endoscopic and lapa-roscopic therapy.The diagnostic coincidence rate of pathologic and EUS was 90.7%(59/65).Conclusion:EUS can accurately determine the scope , size and origin of protuberant lesions in gastrointestinal tract , and is important to guide select treating methods of protuberant le-sions in gastrointestinal tract .关键词
