Abstract
Objective:To initially study the diagnosis value of susceptibility weighted imaging in patients with diffuse axonal injury . Methods:We collect 29 adults patients who were suspected diffuse axonal injury ,and analysis their brain image date by CT , conventional MR sequence , T2*GRE sequence and SWI sequence scan .Compare their hemorrhagic lesion number which was categorized in different brain regions by SWI sequence between T 2*GRE sequence .Results:SWI provide more message in patients with DAI , The difference of the diagnostic value of brain regions hemorrhage lesion number between SWI and T 2*GRE sequence was statistically significant ( p<0. 05).Conclusion:SWI is useful in patients with DAI , especially superior to T2*GRE sequence in detect small hemorrhage lesion .关键词
